Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information IshaniPulse collects through www.ishanipulse.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only, not the PulseOne product or any clinical data handled under a customer agreement.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, surgery center, role, number of operating rooms, phone number and message, if you give them. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and the time.
- Insights accounts. When you sign in with Google to react, subscribe or comment, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. Your name and photo appear next to your comments. Your email address is never shown publicly.
- Subscriptions. When you subscribe to IshaniPulse Insights, we keep your name, email address and the time you agreed.
Please do not send patient information through this website. The demo form and comments are not designed to receive protected health information.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and arrange a walkthrough.
- To show your comments and reactions on Insights articles.
- To send Insights updates if you subscribed.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored and who can see it
We store this information with Google Firebase, which provides our database, sign-in and email notifications. Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Only IshaniPulse team members who handle demo requests or moderate comments can see demo requests and subscriber details.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests while we are in contact with you. Requests we mark as not a fit are deleted after 24 months. Comments stay until you or a moderator delete them. You can unsubscribe at any time on the Insights page.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email jeevan@ishanipulse.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
